CronShield is a month-to-month subscription. You can cancel anytime to stop future billing, and if a charge isn't right, we'll refund it within a short window.

Cancel whenever you like to stop future charges. If a charge isn't right, email us within 3 days of that charge for a full refund of it.
Cancelling your subscription
Cancel anytime from your billing settings or by emailing us. Cancelling stops the next charge; you keep access through the end of the period you already paid for.
When a refund is available
A full refund of a charge is available within 3 days of that charge if the service wasn't working as described for you. To request one, email us from the address on your account with a short note on what was wrong.
What the guarantee covers (and what it doesn't)
The refund is on a recent charge for service that wasn't working as described — the part within our control. It does not cover charges older than the window, or a change of mind about a period you fully used.
Technical issues
If a technical problem stopped the service from working for you, contact us right away. We'll resolve it or refund the affected charge.
How to request a refund
Email support@cronshield.com within 3 days of the charge, from the address on your account. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your card issuer.
Requests outside this policy
This is the refund we offer. We may decline requests that fall outside it — for example, charges older than 3 days, refunds for a period you fully used, or requests we reasonably determine to be abusive or fraudulent. Nothing here limits any rights you may have under applicable law.
If you're thinking about a chargeback
Please email us first — most issues are resolved in a single reply, and we'd rather fix it than have you dispute a charge with your bank.
