This policy explains what CronShield collects, why, who processes it for us, and the choices you have. We collect as little as possible and we sell nothing.
What we collect
- What you provide. The inputs you give the product to do its job.
- Purchase information. If you buy, our payment processor (Stripe) collects your payment details and email; we store your email and the order record. We never see or store your full card number.
- Usage analytics. Privacy-respecting product analytics. We honor browser Do-Not-Track / Global Privacy Control signals.
How we use it
To deliver the product, process your purchase, provide support, honor refunds, and improve the product. We do not use your information for third-party advertising.
Who processes it for us
Our service providers — typically Stripe (payments), Supabase (storage), an email provider, and a product-analytics provider — act on our behalf under their own security and privacy commitments. We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone.
Retention & deletion
We keep your data as long as needed to deliver the product and meet legal and accounting obligations. You can ask us to delete your information at any time — email support@cronshield.com.
Your California privacy rights
If you're a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we collect, to request a copy, to request deletion, and to not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. We do not sell or share your personal information as those terms are defined under the CCPA, and we honor Global Privacy Control signals. To make a request, email support@cronshield.com.
